founder & CEO
As the leader of the team, Daniel is brilliant and a workaholic. He earned his accounting degree at the University of La Verne and began his career in private accounting in 2003 working with a host of domestic and international accounts. Daniel is a CPA, CFE and personally manages all investor relations. He believes in developing relationships and building trust with everyone he encounters. He has 2 children, enjoys cooking on his Traeger and bleeds Dodgers blue.

sales & operations Director
Pedro's experience in Logistics and Transportation started in dispatching and brokering grocery and equipment loads. Six years later Pedro changed gears and began successful management work in Factoring Sales. He has been married since 2012 to his beautiful wife Jasmine. When he is not coaching his 2 girls softball teams. He enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as watching his favorite sports teams Dodgers, Lakers and Raiders.

Daniel earned his Accounting degree from the University of La Verne and has worked in both public and private accounting. Between preparing consolidated Financial Statements, Auditing multi-billion dollar companies, Filing taxes, Generating public filings and experience the IPO process, Daniel enjoys spending his down time with his family, watching his favorite sports teams (FC Barcelona, Raiders, Milwaukee Bucks) and Gaming.
Joanne earned a Marketing degree from USC and has worked for various advertising agencies including BBDO, McCann-Erickson, TBWA/Chiat Day, and Direct Partners before going in-house at Oakley in Foothill Ranch, CA till 2009. She then travelled extensively with her husband Daniel before returning home and starting a family. Joanne and Daniel have 2 children and enjoy traveling, cooking and spending time with her family She works part-time handling marketing materials for CJ.

Daniel comes from 35 years of small business experience and brings a meticulous attention to detail. He has also been a Pastor for 35 years and dedicated in marriage to his wife Judy for 30 years.
