As the leader of the team, Daniel is brilliant and a workaholic. He earned his accounting degree at the University of La Verne and began his career in private accounting in 2003 working with a host of domestic and international
accounts. Daniel is a CPA, CFE and personally manages all investor relations and growth aspects of CJ Financing. He believes in developing relationships and building trust with everyone he encounters. Daniel is the epitome of
enthusiasm and optimism as he works to shake up the industry and make his mark. He has 2 children which he loves cheering on from the sidelines, enjoys cooking on his Traeger when he has time and bleeds Dodgers blue.

Daniel earned his Accounting degree from the University of La Verne and has worked in both public and private accounting. Between preparing consolidated Financial Statements, Auditing multi-billion dollar companies, Filing
taxes, Generating public filings and experiencing the IPO process, Daniel has found a home with CJ Financing where his accounting acumen has created an organized regime poised for growth. He has a passion for music and
enjoys spending his down time with his family and of course watching his favorite sports teams (FC Barcelona, Raiders, Milwaukee Bucks) and Gaming.

Pedro's experience in Logistics and Transportation started in dispatching and brokering grocery and equipment loads. Six years later Pedro changed gears and began successful management work in Factoring Sales. He is an asset
to the company with quick wit, dedication and hard work ethic. Pedro has been married since 2012 to his beautiful wife Jasmine. When he is not coaching his 2 girls softball teams. He enjoys spending time with family and friends
as well as watching his favorite sports teams Dodgers, Lakers and Raiders.

Joanne holds a Marketing degree from USC and has experience with several advertising agencies, including BBDO, McCann-Erickson, TBWA/Chiat Day, and Direct Partners, before joining Oakley in Foothill Ranch, CA, where she
worked until 2009. After that, she traveled extensively with her husband, Daniel, before returning home to start a family. Joanne and Daniel are parents to two wonderful children and enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending quality
time with family. She currently works part-time managing all marketing efforts for CJ, in addition to her responsibilities as a mother.

Daniel brings 35 years of experience in small business, showcasing a meticulous attention to detail. Alongside his business background, he has served as a Pastor for 35 years and has been happily married to his wife Judy
for 30 years. They have a son who works as a firefighter for the Montebello Fire Department and a daughter named Shiloh with grand culinary ambitions. Daniel became part of CJ Financing in 2018 and has been a reliable
support for the team. He is passionate about his faith, his family, his country, and embodies the values of CJ Financing: Honesty, Integrity, and Trust.

Miguel began his career prior to college, initially selling merchant services door-to-door before transitioning into restaurant management. Ultimately, he returned to sales, where he excels at helping businesses succeed.

Family is his top priority! He feels fortunate every day to be with his wife, Mandy, of six years, their wonderful 18-year-old daughter, Samantha, and their lively 2-year-old son, Miguel. When he’s not working or spending time with
family, you can catch him cheering for his favorite teams: the Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Lakers, and Dodgers.
